1. Will my login information change?

Flash Green and Yellow customers will need to use  the primary phone number on the account as a username. Your password will remain the same. Flash Wireless no longer accepts account number as a username. If you cannot remember your login information select the "Forgot Username" or "Forgot Password" link on the login page.

Flash Purple customers will use the same username and password the currently have.

2.  If I am a business or contract subscriber how do I log in?

On any of the login pages there is a link to log in for Business and Contract customers. Click on this link to access the original Flash Wireless site and log in.

3.  Do I need to update any information to access the new website?

No. All of your account information will be transferred to the new website.
